There are no refunds or exchanges for streaming content once purchased as streaming access cannot be revoked once granted. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR STREAMS NOT USED. Streams may occasionally begin a few minutes late due to technical issues.

ONLY ONE PERSON CAN BE LOGGED IN PER ACCOUNT DURING ANY STREAM. DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE PURCHASES UNDER ONE ACCOUNT FOR A SINGLE EVENT. EACH USER MUST HAVE THEIR OWN ACCOUNT AND EMAIL. TWO USERS LOGGED IN WITH ONE DEVICE WILL RESULT IN BOTH BEING REMOVED FROM THE EVENT.

Refunds will not be issued if you provide the wrong contact information and we cannot deliver your streaming links.

Refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation or if a performer is unable to appear.

Refunds will not be issued if, due to technical issues, an event is rescheduled and tickets are honored for the new date and time.

All prices are in US Dollars.

If a refunded is provided, it can only be processed to the original payment method or a BroadwayWorld Events gift card.

BroadwayWorld will do its best to provide technical support and assist anyone with access to the stream. If your event is starting now and you cannot access it, please email events@broadwayworld.com for immediate support.

The stream has been purchased to be viewed on only one device and cannot be used for multiple devices.

We cannot provide refunds if you are unable to access the event due to technical limitations of your device. While our system should be compatible with all modern browsers and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility with any specific device.

Subject to the limitations of this agreement, BroadwayWorld reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event (including, without limitation, the appearance of any performer or artist, and/or the order of performance of any performer or artist), at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation to you. For events with performers in the event title, refunds will be issued if the performer is unable to appear.

‍If the Event is cancelled in whole, or in part, due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), You will not be entitled to a refund.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may issue, at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, a partial or full refund of Your Ticket, by accounting for, among other considerations, the extent and nature of the cancellation.    A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, act of terrorism, earthquake, wildfire, flood, tsunami, strike or other labor condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of Event attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Company.  You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for any cancellation of any part of the Event, if any, will be the face value of Your Ticket, excluding all fees, taxes and/or service charges paid by You in connection with the purchase of Your Ticket.

You acknowledge and understand that the Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event for which it was issued, which is subject to revocation and denial of admission without compensation for any reason, including, but not limited to, Your attempted or actual violation of any of the rules set forth herein, policy or regulations and for any other action taken by You in violation of any local, state or federal law, or that may endanger other ticketholders.

Your Ticket is not redeemable for cash.  There will be no replacements for Tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged and You unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of and/or theft of Your Ticket. Your Ticket is intended for You only. In no instance shall You share Your Ticket with any person(s) attending or attempting to attend the Event. If You are discovered to be sharing Your Ticket with another person(s), Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to grant You access to the Event or eject You from the Event.

Gift cards are not refundable for cash under any circumstances and have no cash value. Gift cards are redeemable for any BroadwayWorld Event on sale at the time of their purchase. BroadwayWorld Event Gift cards may not be used for any other product or service sold by BroadwayWorld and cannot be transferred to any other service. BroadwayWorld Events Gift cards may be redeemed at any time for any event sold as part of the BroadwayWorld Events service. In the event that BroadwayWorld Events is no longer operating, unused Gift card credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred for any other product or service. All gift card sales are final. Refunds for sales using a gift card, issues a the sole discretion of BroadwayWorld, can only be refunded to the gift card, and not to any other payment method. BroadwayWorld Events reserves the right to terminate the Gift card program at any time.

We do not guarantee the length of any event and all running times are subject to change without notice. All posted running times are estimates.

BroadwayWorld may share your contact information with the producers for any event for which you have purchased a ticket. To request for us to remove all your data, please email events@broadwayworld.com. Note that removing all records pertaining to your account will result in you no longer being able to access our service, and all purchases are subject to the refund policy regardless of data removal requests.
