When it’s time for the show, go to your email and open up the concert via the link sent to the email address used on your billing information.

Having trouble accessing the performance?

Do not try and purchase again! Your card has already been charged. If you cannot access your email, please email support@broadwayworld.com for additional assistance. Our box office staff is standing by to assist at show time.

Note: Only one stream is permitted for each purchase, and it is only possible to purchase one stream per account. If you try to watch on multiple tabs, devices, or screens – you will be disconnected.

The performance is available only live, at the time noted on your ticket. It will not be available to view at any other time. Pausing, rewinding, or any other player controls are not available.
